In R. Kelly news, a man has sued the singer for allegedly having an affair with his wife and giving her chlamydia.

A MS man has filed a lawsuit against R. Kelly for allegedly popping on a little 12 Play and doing a little bumping and grinding with his wife.

When reached for comment by People, Kelly's reps declined and Childress did not respond.

According to the lawsuit, Childress repeatedly traveled to nearby states to attend R. Kelly concerts and rendezvous with the singer. Bryant filed the complaint on April 21st, blaming Kelly for the deterioration of his marriage "beyond fix".
