On September 15 morning, a BSF Constable Brijendra Bahadur Singh was killed in firing by Pakistani Rangers. According to a report by CNN-News 18, one civilian was killed while five others were injured in the incident. "An ambulance has already been pressed into service at the shelling affected areas", he said. They are using mortars, automatics and small arms to target nine BSF posts in Arnia. Though no loss of civilian life has been reported, sources said at least one local was injured in the crossfire. There has been persistent truce infringement by the Pakistani troops for as long as three days.
