"I really thought the building was going to fall", reporter Emily Green told NPR from Mexico City. Mexico's seismological agency set the magnitude at 6.8 and said its center was east of the city in the state of Puebla. According to the Richter Scale which measures natural disaster intensity, a 3.8 quake is comparable to the vibration of a passing truck.
