The former National Football League star was released from a Nevada prison shortly after midnight on Sunday, October 1, after serving nine years of a nine to 33-year sentence for kidnapping and armed robbery.

Simpson's release was very much done in secret today to avoid too much attention from the press.

Brooke Keast, a spokesman for the Nevada Department of Corrections gave Simpson one last piece of advice before he left. "He was upbeat, personable and seemed happy to get on with his life".

On his personal website, Bolton says he will "resume Nigel Farage's legacy by restoring UKIP's relevance and authority". Bolton reportedly said he was "fine" with the new design. "I abhor the rhetoric that we are at war with Islam".

According to Cook, as hard as collection has been, he's ready for "Round 2" if Simpson earns anything out of prison.

Inside the boxes were items such as a hot plate, clothing and shower shoes, she said.

"Look I've missed a lot of time, 36 birthdays, without my children", Simpson said.

Puerto Rico governor says relief arriving to storm-ravaged rural areas

He has said he wanted to move back to Florida, where he lived before his armed robbery conviction in Las Vegas in a September 2007 confrontation with two sports memorabilia dealers. Simpson was released from the Lovelock Correctional Center in Las Vegas after being locked up for nine years. O.J. appeared before the Nevada Board of Parole on July 20, where he was granted early release on parole.

He is expected to remain in Nevada for the immediate future; Florida and California, where he has lived in the past, did not receive requests for transfer before his release, officials said.

Simpson has personally expressed an interest in going back to Florida, and Scotto said he expects his friend will move back there and buy a home, if his parole allows it. "Maybe not the first day or second, but he is going to go out". The problem is that, as a retiree, Simpson's lawyer Malcolm LaVergne says it may be hard for Simpson to be able to pay any of the settlement. He said the timing of Simpson's release is up to authorities and he doesn't know when it will be.

FDA warns of possible drug shortages following Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico
The most powerful hurricane to hit Puerto Rico in almost 90 years, Maria swept across the island last Wednesday. Ricardo Rossello said he petitioned the White House on Wednesday night to temporarily lift the ban.

His intended destination is unknown, but he told the parole board that he plans on moving to Florida to be with friends and family. "Our state should not become a country club for this convicted criminal". His spectacular fall from grace came in 1994 when he was arrested in connection with the brutal murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman.
